WCSA 2024 Mentoring Program

2024 Mentoring Program
This year, the mentoring program will assign mentee/mentor pairs for meaningful one-on-one programming in addition to networking opportunities with fellow mentors and mentees across the Hill.
The program is open to all dues-paying WCSA members who are currently employed in Congress (exceptions can be made for mentor applicants on a case-by-case basis).
