Dinner & Dialogue with Gloria Tristani, Former FCC Commissioner

Loc: Ambar (523 8th St. SE)

WCSA continues the Dinner & Dialogue Series this April with Gloria Tristani. These are small, intimate dinners that give WCSA members a chance to have an in-depth discussion with the chosen speaker at a restaurant in DC.  At the National Hispanic Media Coalition, Ms. Tristani currently works to bridge the digital divide and advocate for responsible media that is inclusive of Latino voices. She served as an FCC Commissioner from 1997-2001, was the first woman elected to the New Mexico State Corporation Commission (SCC), and served as their Chairman in 1996. She also a former President of the Benton Foundation, educating policy-makers, academics, and advocates on communications policy.

This event includes a $5 registration fee and the cost of their own dinner. Registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis. This event is for WCSA Members Only.
